Caso não tenha uma unidade de recebimento da HD Doctor em sua cidade, você pode enviar sua mídia, gratuitamente, pelos correios ou, se preferir, pode enviar, por conta própria, por uma transportadora de sua preferência. Em ambos os casos, siga as dicas abaixo para garantir a segurança do seu dispositivo:
– Envolva o dispositivo com plástico bolha ou algum outro material que absorva impactos. É importante que, tanto as laterais quanto as partes inferior e superior do dispositivo, estejam envoltas pelo material.
– Para a identificação do seu dispositivo, coloque dentro da caixa o seu nome e o número da ordem de serviço gerado ao final do formulário.
– De preferência, utilize sempre a opção de frete que possibilite o rastreamento da encomenda.

Após preencher o formulário em nosso site e levar ou enviar o seu dispositivo para uma de nossas unidades, será iniciada a etapa de análise. Essa análise é gratuita e sem compromisso.
Feita a análise, enviaremos para o seu e-mail o diagnóstico com o orçamento do serviço. Sendo autorizado, daremos prosseguimento ao processo e iniciaremos a tentativa de recuperação dos dados.
Caso não aprove o serviço, é necessário que nos envie um e-mail com agendamento de data e hora para que possamos entrar com o processo de liberação do seu dispositivo. Caso tenha enviado por correio, a entrega acontecerá da mesma forma como o envio. Entretanto, os valores de retorno da mídia ao endereço de preferência são pagos pelo cliente.

A entrega do resultado da recuperação de dados dependerá do volume de arquivos. Caso os dados tenham até 16GB, disponibilizamos, gratuitamente, um pen drive para que sejam salvos os arquivos.
Caso ultrapasse os 16GB, será necessário uma outra mídia para cópia dos dados. Nesse caso, você poderá adquirir um HD conosco ou, se preferir, enviar um dispositivo com a capacidade livre igual ou maior ao volume de dados recuperados.

If you don’t have an HD Doctor receiving unit in your city, you can send your media, free of charge, by post or, if you prefer, you can send it yourself, using a carrier of your choice. In both cases, follow the tips below to ensure the safety of your device:
– Wrap the device in bubble wrap or some other impact-absorbing material. It is important that both the sides and the top and bottom of the device are wrapped in the material.
– To identify your device, place your name and the service order number generated at the end of the form inside the box.
– Preferably, always use the shipping option that allows tracking of the order.

After filling out the form on our website and taking or sending your device to one of our locations, the analysis stage will begin. This analysis is free and without obligation.
Once the analysis is complete, we will send you an email with a diagnosis and a quote for the service. If authorized, we will proceed with the process and begin attempting to recover the data.
If you do not approve of the service, you must send us an email with a date and time so that we can start the process of releasing your device. In this case, the device will be available for collection at our laboratory or it can be sent to the address of your preference. The costs of returning the media are the customer’s responsibility.
